Russian market represents potentially one of the greatest business opportunities in Europe today.

Russia has extensive economic links with many countries.
Among the most significant trading partners of the Russian Federation are European Union (about 40% of trade volumes), CIS countries (17% of trade volumes) and Eastern European countries (12,6% of trade volumes). At present, extensive negotiations are under way related to the requirements Russia must comply with to join WTO. Russia works closely with OPEC on issues of oil production.
