License for auditors and construction companies will be abolished since 2010 in Russia.
According to several Federal laws of Russian federation
since the 2010 year some changes for auditors and construction companies will
come to force.
According to the new Federal law #307-FZ dated 30.12.2008
since 2010 license for audit companies and individuals will be abolished and
replaced by obligatory attestation for auditor’s activity. Also audit companies
or individual auditors should be obliged to have membership in self-regulating
audit associations.
According to the Federal law 273-FZ dated 25.11.09 since 2010
license for projecting and construction works will be abolished. License will be
replaced by obligatory membership in self-regulating associations for
construction and project companies. |
